Minority Contractors Collaboration (MCC) provides training in HVAC. NCCER’s heating, ventilation and air conditioning curriculum was designed to present both theoretical and practical skills to trainees. The four-level curriculum is recognized by the North American Technician Excellence (NATE) and helps ensure success as a HVAC installer or technician. Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology/Technician program prepares individuals to apply technical knowledge and skills to repair, install, service and maintain the operating condition of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Includes instruction in diagnostic techniques, the use of testing equipment and the principles of mechanics, electricity, and electronics as they relate to the repair of heating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
